- Place your order by 12pm (Monday - Friday) and receive your order within 3 working days excluding weekends and public holidays
- Smartpac charges are as below:
- SmartPac (Up to 3kg) - $4.70
- SmartPac Lite (Up to 1kg) - $3.80
- SmartPac Mini (Up to 600g) - S$3.20
If you change your mind about your purchase, we have a 3-day exchange policy upon receipt of order, subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Item must be in its original purchase condition
- Packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
- Items purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.
- This return policy does not apply to items, which have been stated as non-exchangeable or non-returnable.
- Shipping cost associated with the return of the product will not be covered by Suzanni Beaute
If all the requirements mentioned are met, contact Customer Service at email@example.com with your order number and the item you wish to return and exchange.
Please check the terms and conditions of the voucher regarding redemption eligibility (expiry date, exclusions, etc) and to see if it's applicable to the items in cart.

You may use Paypal currently to make your payment for purchases made in our website
If you are not available to receive your order, you may contact our courier partner to arrange re-delivery at a suitable time. However, additional charges may apply for re-delivery and Suzanni Beaute will not be handling the charges.
In the event of multiple unsuccessful deliveries, your package will be returned to our warehouse in Singapore. Please contact us at email@example.com for further assistance.
Kindly note that we are not open on weekends, public holidays and to avoid lunch hours from 12pm to 2pm.
